Do you have a cbct scan? You should start from there.
Get a craniofacial cbct scan and send it to me
It's around 100 bucks, it will show EVERYTHING
You can get a referral online because you need it in order to undergo any sort of scan that involves radiation
Such services are very cheap, you simply fill out a form, pay 10-20 bucks and you receive an online referral which you can print and show at the place.
And don't get it at orthodontist or any maxillofacial.
Do it in an independent place that only does the scans and give you the scan file in a form of a pendrive or email.
