EXTREME FASTING - HOW LONG?

That's it, I am going to water fast until I am 10% body fat. I do not care what it takes it will happen. Don't care about muscles right now, really want to see how I would look like if I get that low, sometimes can see hollow cheeks already when I run for a long time and I'm 20% body fat right now.

20% to 10% is about 3-6 months or so with non-retarded dieting.

I think you could cut that in half to 1.5-2 months without eating. You really going to eat literally nothing for days? Probably not. In fact, you'll likely brutally rebound and end up fatter than before.

Take the long road, it's faster.

Healthier to go for calories deficit (even extreme, say 900KCal/day, but with balanced macro and micro nutrients) so that you can excersize meanwhile.

Extreme water fasting is dangerous short term if you don’t integrate with electrolytes and can leave you with long term damage like ruining your skin collagene, aka ageing you.

if you wanna try, just do a 24 hour water fasting a month for detoxing (still take vitamins that day though, and half a teaspoon of salt).

If you are going to do fasts longer than 72 hours, drink snake juice (sugar free electrolyte drink).
Still, I prefer repeating 72 hour fasts because it's harder to mess up.

No, you are clearly uneducated and will cause serious issues in the long run with the way you are thinking of losing fat.

Fasting or glucose restriction for too long will destroy thymus gland and allow growth of many chronic infections.

If you're not fat-adapted, fasting will be both mentally and physically challenging.
IME I lost a pound a day of fat (NOT water), so do some easy math on how much you need to lose.

Try eating only every other day. I wouldn’t reccomend doing anything too extreme. And then to maintain low weight, do intermittent fasting.
