Whenever the sun is out and the weather is hot, i feel intense itchy feeling all over my body. It's fucking insane. It only goes away once my body cools down.

I also have this when i eat spicy food
There are no visible rashes or anything. My skin looks perfectly normal from outside.
What could be the reason tbh?

Precursor to psoriasis, lower your inflammation and starting trying to lower your pH via foods and liquids, you are too acidic. You are exhibiting an autoimmune response.

Just googled. That shit looks nasty wtf. I dont have that.
Also how do i lower food ph?

I dont have that
not yet, but before you get that you will start showing such signs like uncontrollable itchiness on sun exposure and breakouts. I had a friend who had such symptoms for 2-3 years and then he eventually developed psoriasis, psoriasis is just a more severe form of what you described when the body can no longer contain the situation.

Look up alkaline foods on yt like cucumber, etc. avoid deep fried and spicy food/ cheap outside street food, that is the most acidic thing ever
