Looks like the same guy if you analyze his facial features and ears.

You don't need a special workout plan, just focus on compound movements, lift heavy, get enough protein and eat less. There is no special formula you need to pay anyone to get.

Yeah, but you need steroids to be that lean with muscle. I'm either bulky or DYEL skinny. As soon as I cut I lose all my muscle and face changes are minimal. I might just take the shortcut and get buccal fat removal.

He is not on steroids and he is not "that lean." He is around 14% body fat, he just has good insertions, a tan and doesn't store a lot of fat on his face. His amount of muscle mass and leanness is very achievable natty, just hit the gym seriously for a year and you are there. You probably won't look as good, as your insertions are probably not as good as his, but that's just genetics.

It could go either way. Could be low bone development or high facial fat storage causing the appearance of low bone development.

Are you sure you are 12-14% bf? The general rule is: what bf you think you are + 5-10% = your true bf. 14% + 5% = 19%. Your body fat is 19%.

Not if there's an excessive amount of buccal fat, past the range of normal. If anything it would bring my facial age from 15 to my actual age due to natural fatpad regression.

InBody scan can suck my cock. Took a scan at my gym some years ago and it told me I was 7.3% body fat when I was closer to 17%.

Most body fat measuring devices produce more inaccurate results than just guessing or thinking of a random number.

Take a photo and post it here and we'll take a guess, or order a dexa scan (those can be somewhat inaccurate, too, but come close).

Body fat is cope anyway. Can you see your abs clearly with deep cuts in normal lighting? If not, you are not 10%.

That's what 10% looks like. People drastically underestimate their own bf and that of others. The reason you are not even close is because you are far away from actually being 10%.

Lucky Blue Smith is probably around 12% bf in that pic. He would obviously look a lot leaner if he actually had an ounce of muscle mass. It's also shitty lighting for definition compared to the other guy in bathroom lighting.

LBS' body reminds me of my brother's tbh. Never worked out in his life, six pack, eats whatever he wants. Same body fat, similar insertions and frame.

Yeah, that's what bodyfat doesn't take into account. More muscle = less bodyfat % just from a body composition standpoint. 50 lbs of fat and 50 lbs of muscle /= 50 lbs of fat and 75 lbs of muscle. At the end of the day both of them have the same amount of fat in their bodies so their faces would look the same.

True, but from a facial aesthetic standpoint you want to have the least amount of fat possible regardless of the amount of muscle and bodyweight, which is why models with hollow cheeks and aesthetic faces tend to be DYEL as it's much easier to reach that point natty. So someone 225 lbs with 10% bodyfat will have way more fat in his face than someone 185 lbs with 10% bodyfat. Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Your face doesn't change, so the facial fat should be the same, it's just that the body can carry around more fat, as there is more room for it. An 18 inch arm has a lot more room for fat around it than a 12 inch arm, but your face stays the same.

I've seen the opposite of what you say somehow, not sure why. When I was lean with no muscle my face looked less lean than it did when I added muscle. I've seen the same with other people. Again, I have no idea why.
