Ai 0.5,0.5,0.5 (armidex)
They started after 4days and I am on day 6

I Have not checked blood panel or bgl, I am experiencing severe headache and extreme flu symptoms (throat, runny nose, coughing, tiredness

are you sick or is this a sideffect you could have a bad reaction but at 5mg it wont do basically anything more likely you are sick

I have already gained 1 cm and I don’t want to cause esteogen rebound and close my plates because of arimidex
Should I just lower dose like 1/4?

no you haven’t

it’s literally wintertime. chances are you’re sick.

you will not have an estrogen rebound from 4 days on a half dose of arimidex. just stop taking it and see if it helps. you can also try antihistamines for allergies.
