Strength has gone up EXTREMELY in my chest/core/quads. Hitting PRs everyday for Bench/Squat etc
But ever since starting roids my shoulders have been very sore
And Its weird because my physical shoulder is growing alot, my delts/traps/lats are growing but my strength is barely going up
I heard that those muscles/muscles with high sensitivity to androgens are most effected by roids but thats probably broscience
I went to over 3 plates bench in a 2 months, but my mil press, lat spread, shoulder press has been stuck only going up slightly. Is this normal or am I retaarded?
