What is a realistic punishment for something like that. Especially if you are underage and claim mental illness when doing the act?

Doesn't matter if you break their pinkie or their leg, bottom line is that you committed a very violent and aggravated form of assault onto someone who couldn't defend themselves when you could've just walked away. That's how the law sees it and there's no getting around that.

And the last thing you want is to get sent to the penitentiary for a violent felony. You'd most likely get placed in a level 3 or 4 prison with a bunch of other men convicted of things far worse than you, would be absolute hell on earth even 5 minutes in an environment like that would be traumatizing for most.

If you dropped on an armbar during a grapple to restrain you can sort of get away with it. But if you go back and break his arm its not going to look good
