my e2 is currently sitting at 474 pmol/L (129pg/mL) and on 400mg of test E a week.
6.5 weeks into cycle but not sure about how much arimidex I should be taking, anyone got a clue or some tips?

Bro your E2 is pretty high at 129 pg/mL on 400mg.
Start with Arimidex 0.5mg twice a week and get bloods again in 2 weeks.

Was on 250iu hCG eod lol gonna switch to 250iu 2x a week now but i think that might be a cause of it.
Im asian so i tolerate gear better but not sure about E2 conversion lul

Bro hCG definitely raises E2, especially at 250iu EOD. Switching to 250iu 2x a week should help drop it a bit.
On 400mg Test most guys keep E2 in the 30-50 pg/mL range for good gains without too much bloat. 2-3x hcg is enough

1st dont tank your estrogen with an AI.

2nd consider your igf/hgh levels as estrogen has an effect on that.

3rd consider the test to estrogen ratio.

4th consider adding in eq or mast/primo to manage estrogen

there rly is no cookie cutter answer you just gotta experiment and research info to figure out what will work for you.

do LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) for testosterone level it the most accurate for total and free test lvls.
