Extremely light-sensitive eyes (+ its cause)

Now as it's gotten sunny all of a sudden, I have to squint like a retard when I'm outside (headache-inducing) because my eyes are hurting and watering so much due to the bright light. I also have light eyes which doesn't make it any better.

Already ordered a year supply of vitamin A months ago - light sensitivity is one of the first signs of vitamin A deficiency - but my order got lost somewhere and I, being busy and lazy, didn't take care of it. Gotta do that now and will also eat a shitload of carrots or drink carrot juice until my order arrives. The beta-carotene "tan" is a bonus that doesn't hurt my looksmaxxing.

Anyone else with extremely light-sensitive eyes here?
