i don't go to gym anymore so im stuck with weight that i can lift safely at home. but rn i can lift only 70kg x 6 -7 reps or some shit.

every time i went there some niggas were occupying the machines i had to use, fucking up my time. also the process of changing/showering was annoying, home gym mogs, only downside is no spotter for heavy weight
