Extremly narrow hips

My hips size is 62cm while my chest size is 91cm. I'm average height and it's so hard to find pants that don't slip off without a belt. Do you think I will get wider? I'm 18yo. Also does it mean that my skeleton didn't finished growing and I'm able to grow taller?

I'm not complaining the main goal of this thread is to ask if you guys think my body will continue growing or it's finis. Based on my body type bc I'm too lazy to get rentgen.

are you late 18 or early 18
I’m late 18 and I think its solidified at this point
