Know this is probably a very shitty eye are but any way to improve it

This is in natural state with no squinting at all maybe even more opened than usual

And this is with squinting
Please any tips if possible

Get eye lid retraction repair on lower eye lid and if ur still growing get better brow ridge and the surgery I mentioned when 18
