your eyebrows are beautiful, using azelaic acid to get rid of those dark spots under your eye would be a good addition. not only that but shaving the top of your eyebrows to give a sharper look (dont thin them) and not a messier look would be fine too, dont make them thinner, just remove the little baby hairs AKA make it sharper. not only that but you could also use minoxidl to fully ascend the eye area with your eyelashes, theyre worth it trust me bro
