As for the assymetry you're talking about, it's not even noticeable nor does it make a huge impact on your eyes bro. 99.999% of the universe Has assymetric eyes to some extent anyway.

oral minox is going to grow your eyelashes and eyebrows
if you dont want to take oral minox use topical on eyebrows and something like latisse for eyelashes

Grow your lashes, darken and dye your eyebrows and eyelashes + Waterline pencil


Hard to comment on your eye area without the full face because there is no way of seeing how it harmonizes with the face also fraud downturned medial canthus with makeup
