what are some of the best ways to achieve an optimal eye area, i have central heterochromia and slightly positive canthal tilt, but failing because my upper eyelid exposure and under eye bags. how should i ascend? i died my brows from blonde to slightly darker but are still quite thin, and my lashes are decent. attached is a frauded pic, what can i do?
