My right eye appears higher than the left one maybe because of the sphenoid issue. I have tried to address my posture but it appears fine too. Along with that, my nasal bone is also deviated a little towards to left side, which might be caused due to septum deviation or it might be because my left side of the face is less developed than my right side, causing my left eye to appear lower. What should I do? :feelswah:

surgery only fix (mark me as solution)

I fixed my assymetrical nose by punching the side that has more coverage, also positive canthal tilt in the right eye and neutral canthal tilt in the left wont kill you

c1 adjustment

gimme solution

Yeah, just the part that is more assymetrical as punching it in will lead to the collagen aligning with other side equalizing it.

If my nose is tilted towards the left side which side should I punch it towards??

how long did this take? my nose has slight deviation so i dont really have to do it that much but i still want to try to fix it myself before trying any surgery for it
