Eye area assymetry

My left eye is 0.3mm lower than my right one, not sure if this is a bone or muscles. I think it's more of a muscle problem , either way is it fixable? It's pretty visible for me , others say this is bullshit, but if i see it, everybody does.

Don't call me bitch and ur probably looking down so they have this typa uncanny pupil, lashes too short, again neutral CT which is pretty bad with little uee in my opinion, overall low ltn eyes
