Eye Area + Bloat

I think I’ve seen someone say that bloat can ascend eye area, so would that mean I would lose some hooding? Also, my under eyes are so bad because of bloat and probably a combination of a lack of infraorbital projection.

I’m just repeating what I heard. The reason I’m talking about it is because my hooding feels less like fat pads and more like bloat. So I’m just curious to if I should expect to lose some of it or not with debloat
