You have to pluck them and use a little eyebrow brush to shape them correctly. If they grow bush you can use an electric razor with an appropriate attachment to take the excess off just like you’d do with a beard.

If you’re gonna do that you’ve gotta know for sure the attachment on the electric razor you’re using isn’t gonna take off your entire eyebrow by accident.
