My ipd is 64mm, but I have gigawide Zygos, which result in 0.40-0.42 es ratio (ipd/zygos width), so I guess I fucked ad well

And yes it can be, if you have gigawide Zygos (which is great by it self), you need to have gigawide ipd as well.
