Eye area, Face, Height and facial har

Im looking for something that can help me with my eye area, my face coloring and if i should grow facial hair.
Im 16 im not looking for anything like peptides even tho i was looking into them but i dont think thats what i want because if i want to do something with my height using peptides im pretty sure it wouldnt help no more beacuse my growth plates are most likely closed btw im 5'7.
