Shitty photos but wearing sunglasses really drives home how much my eye area failos me.

Beard is still a bit ginger but I think it has gotten a little better with MT2 usage compared to my last photos.

Could fillers be a good temporary solution to my under eye area? It only needs to last 1-2 years, then I will get infraorbital saddle implants.

Not sure I can fix scleral show with fillers though.

upper eyelid fillers + botox to lower eyebrows

That solves the upper orbits, but what about the lower?

I think having Nick Bateman's eye area would be a great improvement. Right now I look like an uglier version of Rhett McLaughlin (several girls on tinder have compared me to him).

Underye fillers aren't good- they can migrate

maybe fat transfer under eye

For undereye area you can do infraorbital rim implants or fat grafts if the problem isn't that big.

Can they still be dissolved easily once they migrated?

I'm just looking for a stopgap solution to last one year or so, not planning on topping up the fillers.

Infraorbital rim implants are the proper solution for sure, it's definitely a big problem and will only get worse with aging.

I will get these along with bimax but that is a year or two away yet.

Yeah they can.

Get it with a good injector who does a lot of stuff like this, and get only a small amount of lower eyelid filler

Yeah implants are the best deal, filler only fucks up faces. Bimax unfortunately can't do much for undereye area

@Foreverbrad Did your opinion change on UEE fillers?

Somewhat, not too impressed by the before/afters and the ongoing cost to maintain them is immense. The risks associated with injection in that area are also pretty high.

I may still go ahead with it, or I may go with supra implants, but either way I decided I’m doing no looksmaxxing until my actual surgery.

Fair enough. With fillers you would have to keep up w maintenance. Disagree on the results though, I think it can help albeit remains inferior to fat grafting. I read that you did botox?

Yeah I hear that - bimax first?

Did you adress it with fillers already?

Fuck off

Bimax first, I need to consolidate and focus on money making, rather than spending money until then. Fillers and Botox on my current face are just throwing good money after bad.

Fat grafting is expensive and unpredictable for what it is. I might get it done along with supras if I go down that route. Don’t think I’d get it done as a standalone surgery.

I tried to address it by Botox but the results were far from complete.

Have you tried PDO threads out?

Not yet, but it could be a part of the solution as some types work as a mini facelift.
I’ve noticed that my hollow under eye-area looks worse in daylight outdoors than indoors. I try to mask it with concealer.

My username is such hubris for an an LTN.

That said I did ascend quite a bit by 2023 but now I have given up on that and solely pursuing surgery (and healthy exercise with physiological steroid doses only).
