Can't speak for the eplerenone, but this is my stack for my eyebrows (probably a bad idea to do this on your eyelashes):
5% liquid minoxidil applied in the morning
0.05% tretinoin cream applied in the evening/night
5% liquid minoxidil applied 20 minutes later

When applying minoxidil, really make sure you saturate your eyebrows with liquid. You want to get to a point where adding more liquid won't make a difference cause it won't stick. For me it takes about 0.15 ml of liquid per brow per application.

Wait at least 4 hours before you wash the minoxidil away from your eyebrows, but it's best to avoid washing your eyebrows if possible. Every sunday night, I wash my eyebrows (important) and dermaroll with 0.5 mm depth (disinfection by submerging in 70% IPA for 10 minutes, 10 minutes left to dry before rolling). I roll 12 times horizontally across my eyebrows and 3 times vertically. I let my eyebrows be for 24 hours after that, just in time to apply tretinoin and minoxidil the next night before bed.

My advice is not to waste time easing yourself into it, I applied baby amounts of minoxidil (0.05 ml spread across both brows per application) for 8 months and got barely any results. I only began getting actual results when I started doing tretinoin, dermarolling, and titrating my minoxidil dosage.

Planning on adding bimatoprost, and also perhaps switching to minoxidil sulphate to circumvent my suspected SULT1a1 expression deficiency in my skin. I'll probably also do VDPHL01 when that bitch gets put on the market, I can't get oral minox prescribed and I don't dare eating liquid minox.

I was thinking oral minox for ease of use and j cop for cheap from adc. Putting on topical minox every night for weaker brow and lash gains seems like more work compared to just ordering the pills from India

It is more work, but it's not a huge amount. It's like 1 minute in the morning and in the evening I just apply the tretinoin for 1 minute before dinner and then minoxidil 1 minute after dinner. I think optimally you should do both, but as I said I won't do oral until VDPHL01 comes out cause I'm a pussy.
