I’ve gone to a consultation with a top top clinic and consulted about getting fat grafts in the medial canthus region and canthoplasty. Here’s what I was told
- fat grafts will NOT save your undereye fat loss. If you go to an actual top established clinic, they will not do it for you. The problem outlined was that they won’t do it there as the area is too sensitive and comes with insanely high risk factors, and that when done it looks unnatural from certain angles and is certainly not a valid procedure to be done unless you look like this nigga
They told me that fat grafts are mostly done on the area under the undereye closer to your zygo (you can see the pajeet has major fat loss in that area, that’s where they would inject)
What they recommend instead for slight infraorbital recession (any minor dark spots under eyes) is implants, and tbh we all know that a lot of the times they can look uncanny and you need a perfect mould for it to do anything. For shit like this it’s better to follow a undereye fat maintenance protocol (which I can make a thread about) and try to maintain what you already have, because realistically if you are past the age of 20 and don’t have eyebags and maybe just a bit of dark undereyes, literally 99.99% of people including the models you glaze have it (they use concealer to hide it)
- what was deduced is that canthoplasty is the saving grace. CANTHOPEXY IS THE BIGGEST COPE, THE RESULTS WILL FADE IN 6 MONTHS AND YOU PAY BARELY LESS THAN CANTHOPLASTY. Canthoplasty has a myth surrounded to it that they will touch your lateral canthus and move it to give you “positive canthal tilt” this is not true. They can but that is fox eye surgery, which the surgeon said is one of the worst surgeries you can get and they never do it, we don’t see the reality behind these surgeries, just good quality photos of the celebrities that got it which are frauded. They will cut your undereye and stretch it which will give it a lifted look (same effect as fat grafts would essentially give, and remove any scleral show and undereye droop you have.
TLDR: fat grafts only work if you sit in front of a screen 12 hours a day for 20 years and look like the pajeet shown in the photo. Canthoplasty might be the most goated procedure for eye area, it has a lot of potential and freedom for the surgeon to give you optimal results
