2- Get a fat graft for your lower eyelid, as we discussed.

3- Get a lip lift because your philtrum is pulling you down more than you think.

4- Rhinoplasty.

I did pdo mono, cog, and screw threads at home and they pretty much fixed my eye area: canthal tilt, pfl, support, etc for around $100

Tbh they aren’t anywhere near being ur biggest falio, just fat graft u will be fine

i have got lack of fat in that region i think it causes dark circles that region, my infras are not recressed i think
