I'm not keen on the supras in the first pic. I think this shows how you need the fat to accompany the bone for realistic looking hooding or you get an unusual dropdown bony proturbance with a litle "cave"

Botox is really OP. #6 got better results for a couple hundred $ than the first combination example got for probably 20k+. Even if its temporary and needs to be repeated

Do you think a fat graft around the supras would make it look natural ? I am hoping to get a drop-down supra implant, and after seeing the unnatural bony dropdown that Misc got it made me pretty concerned

1 and 3 are down to angles and expression. None of the procedures listed can do what is shown. Unless they are the same lighting, angle, distance then you can't tell.
