i was thinking
upper bleharoplasty
bilateral ptosis repair
infra implants
fat grafting to supra orbital and browridge and infras
lateral canthoplaxy
lower lie retraction
fat graft upper eyelid
these are alternative to the orbital decompression and supra implants

Holy shit that eyebrow height is brutal. upper bleharoplasty would be stupid, you have no fat there anyways.

Let me actually add some more detail.

Orbital decompression could be an option here, but what matters is your hertel measurement. This is a simple measurement done by a device called a exophthalmometer. You should be able to visit a local optician or an ophthalmologist to get this measurement. Ive listed the following values you should find normal vs abnormal.

Hertel Measurements:

14-18mm = Normal (12-13 could also happen, but ofc in your case it would be unlikely anyways)
20-21mm+ = Abnormal (possible TED or Graves disease)

Lower = more deeper
Higher = more protruding

One thing i would get checked it your Thyroid function AND your antibodies too since you could have Graves disease.

Thyroid Function should include
TSH
T4
T3
Antibodies

Obviously TED (thyroid eye disease) is caused by an overactive thyroid, you should have symptoms of this aswell, if your TSH, T4 and T3 are normal, it could be Graves disease (which you will find out through the antibodies).

One thing id also point out mostly as a medical issue perhaps, would be the scleral show. That amount is quite abnormal, try see if your like me and have some form of lagophthalmos (take a picture of your eyes when they are shut, and if you see white still that means your eyes cant close properly, mine happend due to my lower eyelid sagging).

Okay lets say everything is normal, and this appearance is congenital. Id recommend you get

Orbital Decompression (i personally believe you could be a candidate for it but i mean it all depends on the measurement , and its safety depends on how many walls are decompressed and which walls, its relatively safe if you for example do only the lateral wall)
Ptosis Repair
Some sort of Supraorbital implant, im not honestly too knowledgeable about that, but im assuming it would bring your eyebrows down.
Lower eyelid retraction repair
Fat graft upper eyelid

I cant fully tell, but im pretty sure theres nothing wrong with your infras. Its just your eyes are quite bulgy. It also leads me to believe that it being bulgy is the reason why so much scleral show is seen, however with bulgy eyes you also typically get superior scleral show (scleral show in upper eyelid) so its a bit confusing (edit: ptosis could effect superior scleral show), i mean overall just get that shit measured asap. Looks like a neutral vector too.

I dont believe cantho is needed since your tilt looks alright, could get it though tbh since its usually done with LLRS.

hey man that's pretty brutal advice from @se7enlm tbh

like yeah contacts *can* change things but bleaching ur skin probably not the vibe u want

focus on the basics first water gym sleep good skincare that's lifefuel for the eye area too. posture matters a lot for how ur whole face presents too. try to sort that out if it's off.

Ah yes, im sure that water, gym, sleeping good and skincare will fix his scleral show, ptosis and possible proptosis :unsure:

Not trying to be rude, but its clear surgery is needed. Although water and sleep could help his eye health in general but thats about it

itll boost his smv son theres nothing wrong with softmaxing, a shit height is the only true genetic deadend i can think of, because anyone can gymcel and reach good enough dimorphism

"that's lifefuel for the eye area too" That was my main reason, ofc softmaxxing is great. No amount of softmaxxing will fix his eyes unfortunately, atleast not to a noticeable amount.
