Eye area help

I feel like my area is nerfing me the hardest, my uee is bad and my eyelashes are blonde as fuck so I can’t even see them and not sure if my brows are optimal or not…

I already plan on getting fat grafting or filler injected into my supraorbital notch to fix uee and I believe that will be a perma fix for that.

I’ve started tinting my eyelashes in hopes that will benefit my overall eye shape and appeal, shown below.

My canthal tilt is negative to neutral so not the best, I’ve heard brow shape can alter how the tilt looks. Tell me what to fix and how

minoxidil on brows, tint ur eyebrows dark brown or a darker color (will give more volume and overall contrast w ur face) and try to shape them like a rectangle with a slight positive tilt
