Is there anything I should do to make my eye area better? maybe dye my eye brows or lashes but idk what color

grow some lashes or mascara max and comb your eyebrow downward with vaseline on them, dying brow and lash is key, get slight tan now pin this as solution lol

freckles pop out a lot more when i’m in the sun for a while so that’s why but i just started using sunscreen

Always dye your hair black. Don't dye your eyebrows, especially not in the summer—it'll look uncanny. If you have brown hair, having jet-black eyebrows looks off. Do dye your eyelashes black, though.

You should also use guyliner, eyeliner, or a brown pencil on your inner corner (tear duct) to create the illusion of having hunter eyes.
