Eye area help

First 2 photos r now last one is old, I feel like my eye area has improved a bit from back in in the last photo, I wanna know what else can I do to improve it? Is this where I’m capped before going into surgery side of things

fat graft surgery for upper eyelid exposure but thats when you decide to get into surgery theres not much else you can do without surgery
