don't listen to the other guy your eye area is alright bro.

in terms of improvement (soft max) i would recommend:
-getting your eyebrows done + getting rid of unibrow
-dying eyebrows and eyelashes jet black using beard dye
-you could grow out your eyelashes with castor oil if you want, but make sure you don't grow out too much as it can cause your eyes to look dolly
-train your eyelid muscles or use upneeq
-use vaseline on eyebrows to make them darker and on eyelashes and slightly curl them upwards
-you could also get colored contacts if you really want

you seem to have bigger issues than just your eye area I can see you have low set cheekbones which is contributing to the bug eyes look your face is also very narrow but in terms of purely eye area you definitely need a fat transfer for your sunken orbitals
