Can be but there is an unfortunately high ratio of botch:success. Majority of people require revisions (not only an extra expense but also an extra annoying stress on you post surgery) and I’m somewhat doubtful that the revisions actually create a natural looking result on those occasions

That said, infra implants are not like chin, malar/zygo, or jaw implants which you can just choose to enhance. Either you have a negative orbital vector, or you do not. They should not be applied to every case.
