fuarkk i hate it so much, i ascend so much with concealer but in most lighting it's still hollow as fuark.

Cope it works if your surgeon cares enough to go through this with you and create a custom implant. (more $$$$$$). Going to any random surgeon and requesting an implant will look unnatural because they use pre-sized / shaped generic implants as that proceadure costs thousands less
