I have this eye area it's so over, my eyebrow on the left is ok but look on the right it's so messed up wtf can I do ? I wanted to pluck them to make them have a good form but I feel like the eyebrow on the right will fuck everything. Also can I grow my lashes ? The one on the bottom are like non-existent....

I made some research and to grow them there is bimatoprost but you need to get it from a doctor and Idk how to convince mine
to prescribe it to me. And also Idk if Castor oil would work
