The rest of my face is decent but my eye area ruins it. I have negative and uneven canthal tilt. What’s the best way to deal with it? is there a surgery to correct it? I‘ve seen AestheticsWaiting on youtube had a similar problem and he somehow mostly fixed it. Pls help
