Other than manlet because the same applies. I live in one of the biggest cities in the developed world and theres not a single surgeon who does almond eye surgery. Only reputable one is Taban in Los Angeles with his huge prices + I dont want to go to leave the country.

It's because eye area isn't as important as jaw/chin, hair, and height. It's like the last thing on the list of attractiveness and almost no one wants to risk their sight for a 0.5 boost in PSL so the demand is low and no plastic surgeon wants to specialize in it.
