Eye area is indeed important BUT lower third always comes first.
An average eye area paired with a top tier lower third > Average lower third + top tier eye area.

He has a good chin but his jaw is pretty round. Same with O’ Pry.

Plus jaw is pretty easy to fix. Eye area is currently very difficult to alter.

Absurd. Eyelashes are a very small cherry on top. Eyebrows are more important but still not vital as long as they’re not shit tier.
