Orc did make a thread on how PDO’s can be used for under eyes. But for the eye area in general, it’s a game of mass distribution. We can see a user like Kaz and how fat grafts (volume) brought his eye area from LTN to HTN. so I believe the same can be done with PDO threads. Cogs, screws, threads individually etc. they do last like a year. But a year with HTN eyes is better than a year looking subhuman. Does anyone have Lifefuel stories of PDO’s for eye ascensions?

threads don't do much for the eyes it's just not a very dynamic area, the skin is grafted quite firmly around the eye socket.

they're only useful for skin tightening and minor volume.

So it won’t add much volume to hollow under eyes?

it can tighten them if they're sagging, but they won't change your eye shape.

you can affect the eyebrows a little with them and that's about it.

Not change eye shape just trying to fill in hollow under eyes

I mean his eyebrows are straighter, but I don't know how much of that is the botox he did.

depends on what the cause is

if collagenloss/wrinkles cause ur dark circles then yes

if its thin skin only fillers grafts and implants will truly work

Damn, probably not the desired result for him as it was for canthal tilt gains. Not a bad side effect whatsoever though.

it doesn't look all that weird but cogs tend to snap after a few weeks.

What’re cogs? And is there any point if its not long term?

barbed threads that pull on skin.

they're way thicker than regular threads.

it would be fine if you could diy it but so far no one's been able to do it well.

Looksmaxxing is a matter of diet and having money…

if you can do threads at home they're no different from any other part of skincare since they don't cost much.

but cogs aren't easy enough for that.

Pcl cog threads are mogger for the eyes man. Just use sharps it’s really not much harder than like a screw thread man

we've already tried it's still troublesome even with sharp cogs.

What size? I’ve done 4 on each of 23 gauge sharps from ace and I am a bitch man. They honestly were pretty easy, I’m considering doing two 18 gauge blunt tip ones to lift my midface and reduce smile lines but the smaller 50mm ones I have done have already had a huge effect on them

23g, the insertion wasn't that bad but actually pulling the skin in the direction you want isn't as easy as it seems.

make a guide on it if you managed to do them successfully.

I will probably. I think the biggest issue is people thinking they need to pull a whole bunch of the thread out and expecting it to just magically pull their skin. If you pull too much on the thread it will just tear your facia, my first one I literally took the whole think out thinking that I had to keep pulling. You really only want to pull it a couple mm out and just focus on massaging the skin towards it really hard. Cog threads are alot like smooths in the way that one won’t do shit and you need multiple to start having a cumulative effect. The videos of the clinics doing them and pulling a fuckton is because the barbs on those threads are alot bigger and can catch the skin a lot better. Also before you start pulling give the cog a little bit to settle into your face, like 5 mins
