We all know Eye Area > Jaw and Face > Height, but is the most important Factor for face the eye area more important than height?

I mean a dwarf is fucked but idk a person with 1 eye also so whats in general more important. Is it better to be 6,6ft or have a perfect eye area or is it worse to be 5,5ft or have like a 3/10 eye area. Yeah I am just writing a lot of shit whats more important and why?
