I'm guessing implants for assymmetry from the front, though that could also be your masseter muslces. I d have to see a side profile for a better assessment

I think you need lefort 2 or bimax with ccw. Your face has a lot of 'downgrowth' Notice the lack of facial depth, this is mainly caused by a recessed maxilla.

if u could get jaw surgery covered by insurance and you know a surgeon that knows what he’s doing, get jaw surgery. I feel like most surgeons would want to move your maxilla forward just a little and your mandible back a bunch tho. talk to the surgeon & see what he can do for you without making u recessed. u don’t need eye area surgery btw lmao. jaw surgery can also change your nose & mouth shape (possible make your mouth less downturned) btw have you tried minoxidil? jfl
