What would you rate my eye area?
I think i have low eye spacing, negative canthal tilt and droopy upper and lower eyelids.

yea not much you can do naturally, eye area is one of the harder things to change, you can grow your lashes and do surgery in the future

when you expand your maxilla you change basically your whole face, so get a palate expander and do some eye pulling. that’s how bwython changed his eyes. except from that you can take care of your bone growth so that your infraorbitals are no longer recessed. it’s not over because eyes are not the most improbable part of your face, you can still look good with shitty eyes.
