No JFL

You do an orbital decompression to get more compact eyes. The issue isnt the CT... It's [slight] proptosis. He also already has good PFL, why stretch it?
Hence you get orbital decompression, usually 3-5mm, and 1 wall [the lateral wall] since 1 wall is the safest for non eye-thyroid disease patients.

Mark THIS as solution!

He will never get orbital decompression.

Any idea how to soft max this as orbital decompression is lowk a last resort

I know
Behind the eye, there isnt just bone, theres also fat and cells

There can also be inflamation. So you need to decrease that inflammation [by eating better food, some compounds/supplements, stimulants, diuretics] and, lose BF% to get less fat behind they eye
Also, it could be baby fat that only goes with age, so, unless ur 18, u cant get rid of the baby fat
when ur 18 tho it disappears, but normal fat and inflammation stays.

?
Why not?
I'm planning too... so, enlighten me
If you actually are then mirin. But I don't think the average person will go through with it. The roi is not that high.

Interesting
But it's actually not that dangerous
It's extremely fear mongered by these 3 types of people:
1. Reddit mfs
These niggers be getting the most graft from the decompression... These people are usually healthy people with slight proptosis who have this genetically, so they get orbital decompression... But here's the issue:
They do insane decompression. They do 2-4 walls decompression [the orbital has many walls, medial, lateral, outer, etc] and already that's risky ASF. But these niggas also get 7+mm of graft!!! Not even Eye thyroidcels get this surgery..
2. Eye thyroid diseased people
These are unhealthy people with extremely bulging eyes and proptosis
These people need extremely invasive surgeries like 3 wall decompressions, and a lot of bone graft, and the result isnt always good because the occuplastic surgeons cannot decompress any further without extreme complications. So usually, there's a mid result, and high risk, because they went from extreme bulge to slight bulge that could finally be considered slightly healthy at least, at least, compared to the pre-op
3. Frank tufano and his proponents
Frank tufano is actually FOR orbital decompression, he recommends people like Raymond Douglas.
The issue is, his story has reached to so many people, that people tend to forget, Tufano's case wasn't about the invasiveness of Orbital decompression. It's not actually that invasive, its just a bone graft in technicallity... The issue in his case was medical malpractice
His Surgeon, Dr. Taban MD, grafted way too much bone, did 4 procedures at once, and did a medial wall decompression
The main botch was the medial wall decompression btw, the 4 procedures [double blepharoplasty, infraorbital implants, lateral decompression] were completely successful, the medial wall decompression is very dangerous however, professionals like Raymond Douglas never even think of it, even for Eye thyroid diseased people.

Some other info: People like Dr. Ramesh and Raymond Douglas have a complication rate of <1% in their surgeries.

For context, these are COMPLICATION rates. Not BOTCH rates. Even strabismus counts as a complication, even though it could be easily fixed with botox, complication's are a very vague category. So looks wise, I dont think these surgeons have ever butchered a orbital decompression
How? Because they stay rational and reserved and keep the ROI the highest... They are also specialists, they do 1 wall decompressions [most likely the lateral wall], 4-6mm of bone max... This is a very benign procedure with a suprisingly fast recovery rate [2 weeks for almost complete recovery]

Cosmetic orbital decompression complications are rare. The 1/5 botch rate is from deep decompression from IQcels on reddit or surgerymaxx forums, or Eye thyroidcels who would be better risking deep decompression rather than extreme proptosis

TLDR; it's fear mongered, and cosmetic procedures are fine to pursue, they are less risk, and your surgeon [specialist] would know the most

Fair enough seems like you did your research. Post thread when you actually get it done, I'll be interested in results.
