Eye Area Rating

That is my eye area currently, am lowkey frauding by squinting a bit as I was looking into the sun, but I was wondering how I could decrease my UEE, especially regarding eyelid pulling (cope?). And also if you could tell me my biggest flaws and how to fix, thanks
