What surgeries/procedures should I get to improve eye area

The two wrinkles under my eyes are Dennie Morgan lines and unfortunately no fix I think, they are purely genetic and been with since birth

I agree no contacts, also why canthopexy over canthoplasty?

I’ll look into giants new obo, generally against obo tho because of risks
