I would recommend trimming and growing eyebrow hairs to make ur eyebrows appear more straight.
Grow lashes via Latisse/oral minox, after some growth darken with dye and curl them slightly.

You've already got a decent eye area, and there's not much you can do for softmaxxing. You can fraudmax, however, by frauding eyelash length with mascara, and you can fraud eye color with contacts. Seeing as you're tan skinned (or maybe im retarded n it's the lighting jfl), going something with light brown eyes or green eyes is a good fraud. Assuming you're tan, you can also use a waterline pen on the upper waterline to make your lashes seem fuller at the base.
If you're wondering why you'd want better lashes, they give you more female dimorphism: Dimorphism being how masculine or feminine a face looks. Even as a dude, you want some fem dimorphism to actually appeal to women, without dimorphism you'll just look like a high-t aggressive POS and won't get women to date you (law of diminishing marginal returns reaper is brutal). So fem dimorphism would be slimmer nose, fuller lips, thicker lashes, longer hair, etc. etc. And meanwhile you do want to have masc dimorphism such as neat, thick and trimmed eyebrows (which you have), a strong bone structure, etc. etc.
If you're tryna maxx out anything naturally, i'd reccomend maxxing out ur lashes, look into The Ordinary Lash Serum (mixed results) or ask your doctor for Latisse (clinically proven to grow lashes, but side effects and prescription-only as far as I know). If you ever consider hardmaxxing down the line, all you need imo is a canthopexy (not canthoplasty, canthoPEXY). It'll fix the slightly droopy lower lid you have and improve your canthal tilt. Other than that, you alr got low-set brows n pretty much no upper eyelid exposure, mirin. Good luck brotha.
