@RealSurgerymax
I got little bit of scleral show and I got pretty big uee.
From my understanding I can either do ptosis surgery and lower lid retraction. Or I can just do fillers on my upper eye area or supraorbital implants to get rid of the UEE

I want to get opinions on ptosis surgery since Im not sure if I should do it if I my eyes will look too open afterwards.

Look at most male models with good eye area their eyes are not very wide open and their upper eyelid usually starts right over the pupil. My upper eyelid also starts at the same place but only that it is much more visible so wouldnt the most logically be to just cover what is exposed with fillers / supra?

Look at this girl for example,she fixed it only with fillers

Should check for klinefelters before you do any of this eye area bullshit

permasquinting fixed my kinda terrible uee

as long as your eyebrows at the same level it doesn’t make such a difference

wym, are they too high?
what do u suggest

The Taban example is proof that most of you autists don’t need blepharoplasty or ptosis repair, you just lack volume covering your upper eyelids. Filler or far grafting to the supra orbital region is the solution.
