I really want to fix my eye region, but I don’t know what surgeries or where. Which is less invasive and which is cheaper out of fat grafting and implants? Also, if someone could put me on some good surgeons for around NYC that’d be much appreciated.

if your specifically focusing on you eyes alone, you could get a lateral cathoplasty for your negative canthal tilt. try measuring the angle of your canthal tilt and look up surgery results for that angle.
