Lower eyelid retraction to reduce scleral show.
Canthoplasty is a good idea.
Temporal brow lift, to reduce the heavy lateral hooding ; but you should be careful not to overdo it, as it will raise your lateral eyebrow, and you don't want a feminized result.
Fat grafting to reduce the tear through. Maybe an infraorbital implant would help. But, in your case, fat grafting may suffice.
