Can you get a fat grafting to reduce dark circles after getting a canthal tilt surgery?

I really need to get fat grafting, but i also am not satisifed with my canthal tilt

Can i actually get both of these surgeries and look natural?

if it's only for the dark circles you can get a skin tightening surgery or an implant if they aren't too discolored

fat grafts tend to create lumps
