To be honest your eyes arent that asymetrical, its mostly your eyebrows. Use topical minoxidil 5% and maybe dye them a little darker. Then just shape them she same and it should make your eyes look more symetrical

you should focus on coloring, things like skin tone teeth whitness eye color. Also get better skincare, something like tretinoin. MAybe also try growing your hair out. Rep me btw

highest roi would be to hit the gym or smth to get more masculine face, tbh you are focusing on the wrong thing
